The #1 Spot You Must Try: MSP

When visiting the Twin Cities in Minnesota (I'm sure that's not as common to say as LA, New York City, Chicago, DC, etc), there's one spot you must try, and you must go when you're feeling hungry. I mean HUNGRY.

Revival is a local restaurant that now (thankfully for us East Side folks) has a home in both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Starting out in their quaint spot in Minne, Revival recently expanded to a second St. Paul location in the Selby neighborhood.

You might be asking yourself, why on earth do I need to go here? And I will tell you why.

FRIED CHICKEN. The best fried chicken in the metro are at Revival. Their Southern Fried and Tennessee Hot are the two I've tried. The best sides: white cheddar grits, amazing biscuits, hush puppies... I could go on and on. You will go here and then you will go home in the happiest food coma.

But, as if filling your belly with the tastiest comfort food isn't enough, you have the drinks. THE DRINKS. Specifically, their Bourbon Sweet Tea. Sure to pair well with anything on the menu.

If your mouth isn't watering yet, I dare you to set foot in their restaurant and see if that's still the case. A must go. Five stars. Did I mention they also do takeout?
